American Airlines - Choose flights
On the search team for American Airlines I worked on their flight selection pages that users use to shop for flights on both the website and app.
For over the year and a half I worked with the team we were able to improve the shopping flow enough to raise yearly revenue by $110 million for the 2024 year, improve processes, and create services to reduce the cost it takes the team to maintain the product.
Service Autopilot - Team App
An app for a startup based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, I launched a new app called The Team App which streamlined how teams manage tasks, schedules, and field operations.
My contributions to this project helped make sure that we met our business goals and released on time.
American Airlines - Checkout
On the checkout team for American Airlines I worked on the new checkout application that is used across 40 different flows.
